Visa Information
Delegates are responsible for obtaining the appropriate visas required to attend the conference.
A visa support letter can be requested during the registration process. Once your paper is accepted and the registration fee has been paid, we will issue the necessary visa letter to support your travel.
If you require the visa letter earlier, you may register as an attendee. This will allow us to issue the letter immediately after payment. If your paper is later accepted, your registration will be updated accordingly—either adjusted to reflect the correct fee or remain unchanged if full registration was already paid—and the accepted paper will be associated with your registration.
