Initial Paper Submission

We invite authors to submit high-quality, original research papers aligned with the Topics listed under the “About” tab. All submissions must be in English. Full paper submissions must not have been published previously, and must not be under review elsewhere.

Submission Types

  1. Full Papers

    • Full papers will be included in the IEEE IHTC 2025 Conference Proceedings and submitted for publication in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
    • Must follow the standard IEEE double-column format (Word or LaTeXLaTeX; see below for templates).
    • Length: 5 to 7 pages, including all figures and references (the first 5 pages are free. Overlength charges apply for pages 6 and 7).
    • To be included in the technical program and published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, accepted Full Papers must be linked to an author with a full author registration fee paid and presented orally at the conference.
  2. Extended Abstracts

    • Shorter submissions (1-3 pages) summarizing key results or work-in-progress.
    • Must also follow the IEEE format (Word or LaTeX; see below for templates).
    • Accepted abstracts require oral presentation at the conference.
    • Authors retain the right to publish a full version of their work elsewhere.
    • Accepted abstracts will appear in the IEEE IHTC 2025 Conference Proceedings (electronic-only, not submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library).
  3. Posters

    • Poster-only submissions require an abstract (minimum 1 page) to be included in the IEEE IHTC 2025 Conference Proceedings.
    • A mandatory size of posters is approximately 841×1189 mm (A0) or about 36×48 inches.

Paper Submission Instructions

If you already have an EDAS account, proceed to submit your paper via the link provided below. If you are new to EDAS, follow these steps:

New Author Registration

  1. Visit edas.info and click Create a New Account.
  2. Enter all required profile information accurately. Ensure that:
    • Your name and affiliation match those listed on your paper.
    • You provide a valid email address and select the correct status and country.
  3. Check the Privacy Policies box and click Add this Person.
  4. You will receive an email with a link to set your password. Keep your login credentials for future use.

Submit your paper HERE by following these steps:

  1. Log in to EDAS.
  2. Select the appropriate track.
  3. Enter your paper’s title, 3–5 keywords, and abstract.
  4. Click Register Paper.
  5. Add co-authors by clicking the “+” icon under your name.
  6. Click the blue cloud icon under Review Manuscript at the end of the same page.
  7. Upload your PDF file and ensure it appears under Review Manuscript.
